“Currently working as a Dean in School of Management, DRIEMS
University, Odisha. She has completed her B.Tech from Orissa University of
Agriculture and Technology and, M.B.A and Ph.D. from Utkal University in 1995,
1998 and 2008 respectively. She also holds a Masters in Sociology from Mahatma
Gandhi University (2014). She has 22 years of teaching experience and 6 years of
industry experience.
Her primary area of research is Costumer Relationship Management. She has
published and presented research papers in various national and international
conferences and journals of repute. As a certified Trainer for Retailers Association’s
Skill Council of India (RASCI) she has conducted various training programmes both
in India and abroad.
In various capacities of a consultant, trainer, program coordinator etc. she has worked
for renowned organizations like IRFT/Traidcraft, ORUPA, UNIDO, Fair Trade
Forum, FINISH Society, Amway, Tata Interactive Services, World Fair Trade Forum,
and UNDP.
Her teaching subjects include Marketing (Both General and Specialization
papers),Production and Operations Management, Business Communications,
Organisation structures and systems, Organisational behavior, Entrepreneurship
Development, Strategic Management.”
